$11,395,000
(PRICE DECREASE 11/06/2026: $11,995,000-> $11,395,000) || Behind the gates of Bay Colony Shores, this lakefront BCB Homes estate has been expanded and reimagined to rival the best new construction in Naples. Covelli Construction built a seamless 1,600-square-foot addition in 2016, and a long list of recent improvements followed. Today the home offers six bedrooms, six full baths, and two half baths.
Inside, soaring custom ceilings and walls of glass bring light into rooms that feel grand in scale yet easy to live in. The kitchen pairs Sub-Zero refrigeration and Wolf appliances with twin wine towers, a hidden butler’s pantry, and a temperature-controlled glass wine cellar. The great room opens to a more intimate family room, and the first-floor primary wing is a retreat of its own, with lake views, two spa-style baths remodeled in 2023, and expansive bespoke closets.
Upstairs, five generous en-suite bedrooms give everyone their own space. The same care extends even to the laundry suite, outfitted with high-capacity appliances, abundant folding counters, custom cabinetry, a deep utility sink, a built-in ironing station, and a dedicated pet spa.
Outdoors, the lake is the backdrop for wide covered lanais, a summer kitchen, and several conversation areas arranged around a newly resurfaced pool and spa (new heater and pump, 2025).
Other updates from 2022 to 2025 include a full roof replacement (2022), a redesigned entry bath (2023), new AC systems, and upgraded finishes throughout.
Community life includes a private clubhouse with formal and casual dining, a fitness center, and tennis and pickleball. Residents also enjoy access to the Bay Colony Beach Club, where attendants have your chairs waiting on the sand and the day ends with seaside dining and cocktails at sunset over the Gulf. Golf is optional, with memberships available at Bay Colony Golf Club and Pelican Bay. Beyond the gates, Mercato, Waterside Shops, and Artis-Naples are minutes away, and Fifth Avenue South is an easy drive.
Lakefront, expanded, and thoroughly renovated, this is a Bay Colony Shores home that asks nothing of its next owner but to move in.
