Property Description
Classic Olde Naples Cottage: Three blocks from Fifth Avenue South and six from the Gulf beaches, this renovated five-bedroom, four-bath home sits directly across from Cambier Park. Set well back from the road behind tropical landscaping, it is unhurried and private. Wraparound covered porches offer shaded places to settle in and relax, while crisp white trim and Bahama shutters lend an easy, coastal look. Inside, an open floor plan with vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings, Dade County pine floors, and beadboard details is bright, casual, and gracious. Outside, a heated pool, lounge areas, and a deep lawn have room for any gathering. Carefully restored and expanded, and elevated for flood protection, the house won the national top prize in Better Homes & Gardens' 1992 Home Improvement Contest. A new metal roof and main air-conditioning system were both installed in 2025. A walk-up attic offers flexible space for an office, game room, or art studio. Beautifully kept, with an excellent rental history.
